I am a global citizen driven by a diverse upbringing across India and the USA, bringing a multidimensional perspective into everything I undertake. My journey, rooted in a Post Graduate Diploma & Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Psychology from Ashoka University, has shaped my approach—fostering divergent thinking, creative problem-solving, and an unwavering curiosity to bring emotional intelligence and design thinking to drive innovation.

Currently, I am pursuing my Master’s in Educational Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship at UNC Chapel Hill. This program has enhanced my understanding of learning sciences and EdTech product development. I’ve gained skills in designing AI-powered learning tools while exploring educational technology ethics. The program has strengthened my ability to connect theory with technology, fueling my passion for creating empathetic, evidence-based educational innovations for real-world challenges.

My tenure at Minfy Technologies enables me to see the interdisciplinary nature of psychology, nurturing my communication skills, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of human motivations, vital in deciphering market trends, consumer preferences, and organizational behavior. This has been instrumental in my success as a product adoption lead, designing marketing and customer retention strategies.
 

Before my role as a product adoption lead, I was a Business Analyst in the CEO’s office, driving his strategic directives, orchestrating CEO-led forums for leadership development, and fostering transformative initiatives for cultural evolution. My involvement in branding initiatives and initiating the Forum of Leadership Development (FOLD) significantly impacted organizational dynamics, enhancing Minfy’s employee engagement framework.

I aspire to merge the intricacies of human behavior with educational product inovation aimed at catalyzing transformative change, fostering emotional intelligence, and creating sustainable business practices that prioritize the planet, people and profit. My foundation in psychology offers a unique lens to comprehend student performance, organizational psychology, and innovation. I aim to introduce empathetic pedagogies, foster collaborative learning, and craft innovative modules for improved learning outcomes.
 

Beyond my work hours, I am a water enthusiast with a PADI Advanced Diver Certification. I hope to make the world a better place by building a social enterprise that drives innovation with purpose and positively impacts communities.
